HOW TO APPLY

• Use your fingertips or the E4 Brush for a seamless application.
• Apply over shadows to create a highlight on the eyelids, or press onto bare lids to create a sheer wash of crystal sparkle.
• For a more dramatic effect, give it a couple of swirls with your finger, and then build onto the lid. The more you swirl the bigger the impact.
