At Shree Beauty, we take great care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition.
Since we deal in cosmetics, skincare, haircare, fragrances, and beauty appliances—all of which are personal use and hygiene-sensitive—we follow a strict no-return policy to maintain product safety and hygiene for all our customers.

You agree to the terms mentioned in this Return & Exchange Policy.
1. No Returns Policy
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns are not accepted once an order has been delivered.
We do not accept returns for reasons such as:
Product not suiting your skin or hair type
Personal dislike of shade, fragrance, or texture
Change of mind after delivery
Please note: All products are shipped in factory-sealed condition and undergo quality checks before dispatch.
For beauty appliances (straighteners, curlers, tongs, crimpers, airbrushes, facial massagers, etc.), we ensure brand-sealed packaging. Minor cosmetic variations or marks that do not affect functionality are not considered defects.
In rare cases of dissatisfaction due to a manufacturing defect, customers are requested to contact the respective brand’s customer service directly for warranty or repair assistance.
2. Exchange Policy (Applicable in Limited Cases Only)
Exchange is applicable only in the following cases:
To be eligible for exchange: You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email.
You must share a clear unboxing video showing:
Important: The unboxing video must start before opening the outer packaging and clearly show the shipping label. Edited or incomplete videos will not be accepted.
If multiple items are ordered, all items must be shown in the same video to verify the claim.
Without this proof, we will not be able to process any exchange request.
3. Non-Exchangeable / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
Additional Notes: Fragrances: Once the seal or outer plastic wrap is opened, exchanges cannot be accepted.
International or imported brands may not have expiry/manufacturing dates printed; these are valid as per global standards if shelf life or batch details are mentioned.
Slight variations in shade, texture, or fragrance between batches are normal and not considered a defect.
4. Exchange / Replacement Process
Once your claim is verified and approved:
We will dispatch a replacement of the same product.
If the same product or shade is unavailable, we may offer a similar replacement with your confirmation.
If a replacement is not possible due to stock unavailability or any error from our end, a coupon code or full refund will be issued to your original payment method within the standard refund timelines.
Refunds & Timelines:
For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be made via bank transfer after receiving your account details.
Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days after verification and may take up to 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment gateway.
5. Reverse Pickup & Inspection
In most cases, we may ask you to share pictures or videos instead of sending the product back.
If required, a reverse pickup will be arranged after verification.
Once the product is received and inspected, the exchange or refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Important: Please retain the original packaging until the issue is resolved, as it may be required for verification.
In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may need to send the parcel through a reliable courier. The courier cost will be reimbursed if the claim is approved.
6. Important Notes: All exchange and refund decisions are at the discretion of Shree Beauty after inspection and verification.
Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be considered.
Please do not send any product back without prior confirmation from our support team.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or modified after dispatch.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Shree Beauty is not responsible for packages lost, misplaced, or stolen due to customer errors, such as providing an incorrect or incomplete address, wrong pincode, invalid contact number, or sharing OTP/delivery confirmation with someone by mistake.
If the tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel, please contact the courier company within 24 hours and also inform us immediately so we can assist in raising a complaint with the courier partner.
Delayed Deliveries:
Delivery delays caused by courier operations, transit issues, weather conditions, strikes, or other external factors are beyond our control and are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
However, our support team will assist in tracking and following up with the courier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Product Allergies & Reactions
Please review the ingredient list carefully before purchase.
Shree Beauty is not responsible for any skin, hair, or fragrance reaction resulting from individual allergies or sensitivities.
Always perform a patch test before using new skincare, cosmetic, or fragrance products.
