Every product sold by Shree Beauty is carefully sourced, quality-checked, and dispatched with utmost attention to packaging integrity and authenticity.

As we deal in cosmetics, skincare, haircare, fragrances, beauty appliances, and hygiene-sensitive personal care products, we maintain strict hygiene and product protection standards. Due to the personal-use nature of these products, returns, exchanges, or refunds are limited and governed by the terms outlined below.

By placing an order on www.shreebeauty.in, customers acknowledge and agree to this Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.


1.  Our Product Authenticity Commitment

At Shree Beauty, we proudly deal in 100% genuine and authentic products sourced through verified distributors, importers, authorized channels, and trusted supply partners.

All products undergo reasonable quality checks before dispatch to help ensure that orders are delivered in excellent condition.

Please note that:

·         Product packaging may occasionally vary due to manufacturer updates, rebranding, or batch changes.

·         Minor differences in fragrance, texture, formulation, color tone, packaging design, or appearance across manufacturing batches are considered normal and shall not be treated as product defects.

·         Product images displayed on the website are for representation purposes and may slightly differ due to lighting, manufacturer updates, or individual screen settings.

·         Imported or international products may follow international labeling or shelf-life standards and may not always display manufacturing or expiry details in Indian formatting.


2.  No Return Policy

To maintain strict hygiene, authenticity, and product integrity standards, returns are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.

As beauty and personal care products are highly sensitive and intended for personal use, products cannot be resold once opened, handled, or delivered.

Accordingly, requests shall generally not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

·         Allergic reactions, irritation, or sensitivity

·         Personal preference regarding fragrance, formulation, texture, shade, or finish

·         Change of mind after order delivery

·         Incorrect product, shade, or variant selection by the customer

·         Personal expectations not being met

·         Minor packaging variations or manufacturer design updates

·         Delivery delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, festive rush, operational reasons, or unforeseen logistics delays

Shree Beauty encourages customers to carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, shade references, and suitability information before purchase.


3.  Exchange & Replacement Policy (Applicable in Limited Verified Cases)

Although returns are generally not accepted, exchange or replacement requests may be reviewed in limited verified situations only, including:

·         Wrong product received

·         Expired product received

·         Damaged, leaking, broken, defective, or tampered product received

·         Missing product(s) in the delivered package

·         Verified operational error from our side

All claims remain subject to review, verification, and approval by Shree Beauty.

Exchange, replacement, or refund requests arising due to personal preferences, dissatisfaction, shade expectations, suitability concerns, allergic reactions, or ordering mistakes shall not qualify for approval.


4.  Claim Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for claim review, customers must:

·         Contact Shree Beauty within 48 hours of delivery

·         Share the required claim evidence for verification

·         Ensure the product remains unused, unopened, and in original packaging wherever applicable

·         Retain the invoice, barcode, product seal, accessories, and original packaging until the claim process is completed

Claims raised beyond the eligible claim period may not be accepted.


5.  Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To maintain fairness, transparency, and claim authenticity, customers are strongly required to share a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video for concerns involving:

·         Wrong product received

·         Missing item(s)

·         Damaged or leaking products

·         Defective products

·         Expired items

·         Tampered packaging

The unboxing video should:

·         Begin before opening the parcel

·         Clearly show the sealed outer packaging

·         Clearly display the shipping label

·         Capture the full unpacking process continuously

·         Clearly display all products received

·         Clearly highlight the reported concern

Edited, incomplete, paused, manipulated, blurred, or unclear videos may affect claim approval.

The unboxing video shall serve as the primary mode of claim verification. However, Shree Beauty reserves the sole right to review exceptional cases based on available supporting evidence.


6.  Important Delivery Advisory

Customers are advised to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.

If the package appears visibly damaged, tampered, leaking, or opened during transit, customers are encouraged to either:

·         Refuse delivery, where feasible, or

·         Report the concern to Shree Beauty immediately with supporting photos or video evidence.


7.  Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Products

To maintain hygiene, authenticity, and product integrity standards, exchange, replacement, or refund requests may not be accepted for:

·         Opened, used, tested, swatched, tampered, or partially used products

·         Products returned without original packaging, barcode, seal, accessories, or invoice (where applicable)

·         Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, negligence, accidental damage, improper storage, or unauthorized repairs

·         Product suitability concerns, including skin or hair incompatibility

·         Allergic reactions, irritation, or personal sensitivity

·         Fragrances once the protective outer seal, wrapper, or plastic packaging has been removed

·         Sale, promotional, discounted, combo, clearance, freebie, or limited-offer products, unless the issue qualifies under an approved claim category

·         Beauty appliances affected due to misuse, external damage, voltage fluctuations, improper handling, or unauthorized servicing

Shree Beauty reserves the right to review and determine claim eligibility after verification.


8.  Beauty Appliances Disclaimer

For beauty appliances, including but not limited to:

·         Hair straighteners

·         Curlers

·         Trimmers

·         Hair dryers

·         Tongs & crimpers

·         Facial beauty tools

·         Grooming devices

Please note:

·         Products are dispatched in sealed brand packaging wherever applicable.

·         Minor external packaging wear, transit marks, or manufacturer packaging variations that do not affect product functionality shall not be treated as defects.

·         Customers are advised to carefully read usage instructions prior to use.

·         Damage resulting from misuse, mishandling, improper voltage, accidental damage, liquid exposure, or unauthorized repair attempts shall not qualify for exchange or refund.


9.  Replacement First Resolution Policy

At Shree Beauty, we strive to resolve eligible concerns fairly and efficiently.

In approved claim situations, we shall first attempt to provide a replacement product, subject to stock availability and operational feasibility.

Where replacement is unavailable, delayed, discontinued, or operationally unfeasible, Shree Beauty may, at its sole discretion, provide an alternate resolution, including a refund (where applicable).


10.  Refund Eligibility (Applicable in Limited Approved Cases)

Refunds may be considered only if all the following conditions are satisfied:

·         The claim has been approved after verification

·         The concern occurred due to a verified error from Shree Beauty

·         Replacement or alternate resolution is unavailable or not feasible

Refunds generally shall not be applicable for:

·         Personal preference or dissatisfaction

·         Shade, fragrance, texture, or formulation expectations

·         Product suitability concerns

·         Allergic reactions or sensitivity

·         Customer ordering mistakes

·         Incorrect product selection by the customer

·         Change of mind after delivery

Approved refunds, where applicable, shall remain subject to internal verification and approval.


11.  Refund Calculation Policy

In approved refund situations:

·         Refunds shall be limited only to the affected eligible product(s) and not the complete order value.

·         For orders containing multiple products, unaffected items shall not qualify for a refund.

·         Refunds shall be processed only for the actual net payable value of the approved product(s).

Promotional Discount / Coupon Adjustment

Where any:

·         Coupon code

·         Promotional discount

·         Combo pricing

·         Freebie adjustment

·         Offer pricing

·         Special campaign discount

has been applied to an order, refund calculations shall be made on a proportionately adjusted basis.

Shree Beauty reserves the right to deduct the applicable benefit value associated with such offers while calculating the eligible refund amount.

Example:

If multiple products are purchased using a promotional discount and only one product qualifies for an approved refund:

Only the adjusted payable value of the affected product shall be refunded, and not the undiscounted listed price or complete order amount.


12.  COD, Partial COD & Non-Refundable Charges

COD Handling Charges

A ₹49 COD handling fee may be applicable on Cash on Delivery (COD) or Partial COD orders.

This amount is charged as a service fee associated with logistics and COD handling operations.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (where applicable) are generally non-refundable once an order has been dispatched or delivered.

Other Operational Charges

Convenience fees, platform charges, packaging costs, gateway charges, operational costs, or service-related expenses already incurred may remain non-refundable.

Exception – Verified Company-Side Error (Single Product Orders)

In situations where:

·         The order contains only one product, and

·         The issue is verified to have occurred due to an operational error from Shree Beauty, and

·         Replacement is unavailable,

Shree Beauty may, at its discretion, approve a full order refund, including:

·         COD handling charges (if paid)

·         Shipping charges (if applicable)

This exception shall apply only after verification and final approval.


13.  Reverse Pickup & Product Inspection

In approved claim situations, Shree Beauty may request additional verification prior to processing a replacement or refund.

Depending on service availability and claim type:

·         Customers may first be requested to share supporting images or videos for verification.

·         Reverse pickup may be arranged by Shree Beauty in serviceable locations.

·         In locations where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the approved item.

Important Inspection Conditions

·         Returned items shall undergo quality inspection upon receipt.

·         Exchange, replacement, or refund approval shall remain subject to successful verification and inspection.

·         Products found to be used, tampered, incomplete, damaged due to misuse, or inconsistent with the approved claim may not qualify for replacement or refund.

·         Self-shipping charges may be reimbursed only in approved claim situations and are subject to prior approval from Shree Beauty.

Customers are advised to safely retain original packaging until the claim process is fully completed.


14. Claim Review, Inspection & Resolution Timeline

To ensure fair verification and resolution of customer claims, the following timelines shall generally apply:

  • Initial claim review is usually completed within 1–3 working days after receiving the required information, photos, videos, or supporting documents from the customer.
  • Where reverse pickup or return shipment is required, inspection shall generally be completed within 2–5 working days after the returned product is received at our facility.
  • Exchange, replacement, coupon issuance, or other approved resolutions shall generally be processed within 3–5working days after successful inspection and approval.
  • Refunds, where approved, shall be processed in accordance with the Refund Timeline mentioned in this policy.
  • Timelines may vary depending on courier transit time, claim complexity, product verification requirements, peak sale periods, public holidays, operational workload, or circumstances beyond Shree Beauty's reasonable control.
  • Customers are advised not to dispose of original packaging, barcode labels, invoices, seals, or accessories until the claim has been fully resolved.
  • Shree Beauty shall make reasonable efforts to process all eligible claims as quickly as possible; however, all resolutions remain subject to verification, inspection, and final approval.

15.  Refund Method

For Prepaid Orders

Approved refunds shall be processed to the original payment method used during order placement.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Approved refunds (where applicable) may be processed via:

·         UPI Transfer

·         Bank Transfer

Customers may be requested to share valid account or UPI details for refund processing.

For Partial COD Orders

Only the eligible approved refund amount relating to the affected product(s) shall be processed after applicable adjustments.


16.  Refund Timeline

At Shree Beauty, we strive to process approved resolutions promptly.

·         Approved refunds are generally processed within 3–5 working days after final inspection, verification, and approval.

·         Depending on payment providers, banks, gateways, or UPI systems, reflected credit timelines may additionally vary between 5–7 working days.

Delays caused by banking systems, payment providers, holidays, or operational limitations shall remain beyond Shree Beauty’s control.


17.  Important Customer Guidelines

Customers are kindly advised to note the following:

·         Claims should be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

·         Products should not be returned without prior written approval from Shree Beauty.

·         Original product packaging, barcode, invoice, and accessories should be retained until claim closure.

·         Orders once delivered shall generally not qualify for cancellation.

·         Claims remain subject to internal review, verification, and approval.

To ensure fair evaluation and customer safety, Shree Beauty reserves the right to request supporting evidence wherever reasonably necessary.


18.  Limitation of Liability

Shree Beauty shall not be responsible for:

·         Individual skin or hair reactions

·         Allergic reactions, irritation, or product sensitivity

·         Product suitability concerns

·         Personal fragrance, texture, or shade preferences

·         Customer misuse or improper handling of products

·         Delays caused by courier partners, weather disruptions, strikes, festive rush, or circumstances beyond operational control

Customers are encouraged to:

·         Carefully review product descriptions

·         Verify ingredients and suitability

·         Follow usage instructions

·         Conduct a patch test wherever applicable


19.  Right to Final Decision

To maintain fairness, authenticity, and operational transparency, Shree Beauty reserves the sole right to review, verify, approve, decline, or determine claim eligibility for exchange, replacement, or refund requests.

All decisions shall be made after reasonable verification of the concern raised.

Shree Beauty reserves the right to revise, update, amend, or discontinue this policy at any time without prior notice.

The policy version published on the website at the time of order placement shall apply to the respective purchase.
