At Shree Beauty, we strive to provide a smooth, secure, and reliable shopping experience for our customers.

This policy explains everything related to order processing, shipping, delivery, COD/Partial COD payments, cancellations, Return-to-Origin (RTO), customer support, and customer conduct.

By placing an order on www.shreebeauty.in, customers agree to the terms mentioned in this policy.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Shipping availability depends upon:

·         Delivery Pincode serviceability

·         Courier partner coverage

·         Operational feasibility

Certain remote, restricted, or operationally difficult areas may experience delays or limited serviceability.

Shree Beauty reserves the right to restrict or refuse delivery to specific locations based on courier limitations or operational feasibility.


2. Shipping Charges

·         Free Shipping may be available on eligible orders above a specified order value, subject to active promotional offers.

·         Shipping charges (if applicable) shall be displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

 

Important Notes

·         Shipping offers are promotional in nature and may be modified, restricted, or withdrawn without prior notice.

·         Additional shipping charges may apply for remote, special handling, heavy-weight, or operationally challenging locations


3. Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

We aim to process and dispatch confirmed orders within 24–48 working hours after successful order confirmation.

However, dispatch timelines may occasionally vary due to:

·         Temporary product unavailability or inventory mismatch

·         High order volume during sales, festive periods, or promotional campaigns

·         Courier pickup delays

·         Operational workload

·         Unexpected disruptions beyond our control

In such situations, customers may be contacted if required.

Shree Beauty reserves the right to:

·         Split shipments where operationally required

·         Delay dispatch due to stock verification or operational review

·         Hold suspicious or high-risk orders for internal verification


4. Estimated Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 2–5 business days, depending upon:

·         Delivery location

·         Courier partner operations

·         Transit conditions

·         Weather disruptions

·         Festivals, sale periods, or regional restrictions

 

Important Delivery Note

Delivery timelines are estimated only and not guaranteed.

Unexpected courier delays are beyond our control and shall not be treated as grounds for cancellation, compensation, refund, or dispute.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared via:

·         WhatsApp

·         SMS

·         Email (if applicable)

Customers are advised to regularly track shipment status after dispatch.


6. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally attempt delivery 2–3 times.

Customers are requested to ensure:

·         Correct shipping address

·         Accurate contact number

·         Availability to receive the parcel

Failure to receive the parcel after multiple delivery attempts may result in the shipment being returned back (RTO – Return to Origin).


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Partial COD Policy

To reduce fake orders, Return-to-Origin (RTO) losses, fraudulent bookings, and operational risks, Shree Beauty follows the COD and Partial COD policy mentioned below.

 

COD Eligibility

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only on eligible orders and serviceable pin codes.
  • COD availability depends upon courier partner serviceability after the order is placed.
  • Certain products, promotional offers, discounted items, or high-risk orders may not be eligible for COD.

Shree Beauty reserves the right to enable, restrict, or disable COD availability based on:

  • Courier feasibility
  • Delivery location
  • Order value
  • Customer order history
  • Operational risk assessment
  • Suspicious activity or repeated order refusal history

 

COD Limit

  • COD orders are generally accepted only for orders below ₹4,000.
  • Orders above ₹4,000 may require Partial COD or Full Prepaid payment, depending upon operational feasibility.

8. Partial COD Policy

 

Partial COD Eligibility

For selected high-value orders or orders above the COD threshold:

·         Customers may be required to pay a partial advance payment to confirm the order.

·         The remaining balance amount shall be payable at the time of delivery.

The advance payment is collected to:

·         Reduce fake or non-serious bookings

·         Minimize Return-to-Origin (RTO) losses

·         Confirm genuine purchase intent

 

Partial COD Refund Rules

Refund eligibility, replacement conditions, refund calculation, and applicable charges for Partial COD orders shall be governed by the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

In approved refund situations, the eligible refund amount (if applicable) shall be processed as per the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

COD handling charges, shipping charges, and other applicable service-related charges are generally non-refundable, except in situations specifically mentioned under the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.


9. COD Handling Charges

·         A ₹49 COD handling fee is applicable on all COD and Partial COD orders.

·         This amount is charged as a service fee and paid to courier/logistics partners for providing Cash on Delivery services.

 

Important Note

The ₹49 COD handling fee, shipping charges, and other applicable service-related charges are generally non-refundable, except in situations specifically mentioned under the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Refund eligibility, exceptions, deductions, and applicable conditions shall be governed by the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

Customers are advised to review the Return, Exchange & Refund Policy for detailed information regarding refund eligibility and applicable exceptions.


10. Order Verification & Confirmation

To prevent fake, fraudulent, or risky transactions, Shree Beauty may verify orders through:

  • OTP verification
  • Phone call confirmation
  • WhatsApp confirmation
  • SMS or Email verification

Orders that are:

  • Unverified
  • Suspicious
  • Fraudulent
  • Operationally risky
  • Unreachable

may be delayed, held, modified, or cancelled without prior notice.


11. Cancellation Policy

 

COD Orders

  • COD orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been confirmed and dispatched, cancellation requests shall not be accepted.

 

Prepaid & Partial COD Orders

  • Prepaid and Partial COD orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • However, modification requests may be accepted before dispatch, subject to stock availability and operational feasibility.

Possible modification requests may include:

  • Address correction
  • Product replacement/change
  • Shade variation
  • Quantity update

Shree Beauty reserves the right to approve or reject modification requests.

 

Non-Serviceable COD Pincode

If a COD order is placed for a pincode later found to be non-serviceable:

  • Customers may be requested to convert the order into Prepaid Payment.
  • If the customer does not wish to proceed, the order may be cancelled by mutual convenience.

12. Return to Origin (RTO) Policy

Orders may be returned back to us (RTO – Return to Origin) due to reasons including but not limited to:

 

Customer-Related Reasons

·         Incorrect shipping address

·         Wrong pincode

·         Invalid or unreachable mobile number

·         Customer unavailable during delivery attempts

·         Refusal to accept delivery

·         Multiple failed delivery attempts due to customer non-availability

·         No response to courier or customer support communication

 

For Prepaid & Partial COD Orders

If an order becomes RTO due to customer-related reasons:

·         The order cannot be cancelled.

·         No refund shall be issued.

·         Paid amount shall remain adjusted against the order.

·         Customers must pay re-shipping charges for re-dispatching the parcel.

Once re-shipping charges are paid, the order shall be re-dispatched.

 

Courier / Operational Error Exception

In situations where delivery issues occur due to a verified courier or operational error, including but not limited to:

·         Delivery agent not attempting delivery properly

·         Customer not being contacted for delivery

·         Incorrect courier remarks or false delivery status updates

·         Failed delivery due to courier negligence or operational issues

customers are required to inform Shree Beauty immediately after the failed delivery attempt and before the shipment becomes RTO, so that necessary coordination with the courier partner can be attempted.

Where no fault is found from the customer’s side and the issue is verified to be due to courier or operational error, Shree Beauty may re-dispatch the order without additional re-shipping charges, at its sole discretion after verification.

Claims raised after the shipment has already become RTO without prior intimation may not be considered for free re-dispatch.

 

For COD Orders

Repeated COD refusals, fake ordering behavior, or failed deliveries due to customer-related reasons may result in:

·         Restriction of COD availability

·         Future orders being accepted only on Prepaid basis

·         Order cancellation or refusal at the sole discretion of Shree Beauty


13. Lost, Delayed, or Delivered But Not Received Packages

 

Delivery Delays

Delivery delays caused due to:

·         Courier operational delays

·         Weather conditions

·         Regional restrictions or strikes

·         Festivals, sale periods, or transit disruptions

are beyond our control and shall not be eligible for cancellation, compensation, refund, or dispute.

 

Delivered But Not Received

If tracking status shows “Delivered” but the parcel has not been received:

Customers must:

·         Contact the courier company within 24 hours of delivery status update

·         Inform Shree Beauty immediately for support assistance

Shree Beauty shall not be responsible for delivery issues caused by:

·         Incorrect address provided by the customer

·         Wrong mobile number

·         OTP sharing with another person

·         Customer negligence or unauthorized parcel acceptance


14. Customer Support & Communication

Monday to Saturday: 11:00 AM – 07:00 PM
Sunday: Closed (Non-Working Day)

Support may remain unavailable on national holidays or exceptional operational closures.

If calls remain unanswered due to operational workload or high customer volume, customers are requested to contact us via WhatsApp or Email with order details.

Response Time

We strive to respond to customer concerns as quickly as possible.

However, response delays may occasionally occur due to:

·         High customer message volume

·         Festive or sale rush

·         Operational workload

·         Courier coordination or inventory verification

Customers are requested to:

·         Allow 6–24 working hours for a response

·         Send a follow-up message if no response is received

·         Avoid repeated spam messages, excessive calling, or multiple follow-ups within short intervals


15. Respectful Communication & Customer Conduct Policy

Shree Beauty follows a zero-tolerance policy toward abusive, threatening, fraudulent, or inappropriate behavior.

We request all customers to maintain respectful communication with our support team.

In situations where a customer:

·         Uses abusive, threatening, defamatory, offensive, or inappropriate language

·         Misbehaves with customer support staff

·         Uses harassing, disrespectful, aggressive, or offensive communication via calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, or any other platform

·         Repeatedly creates false claims, harassment, operational disruption, or misuse of company policies

·         Threatens staff or intentionally attempts to misuse company operations

Shree Beauty reserves the right to:

·         Refuse further customer support assistance

·         Restrict communication to written channels only

·         Close support requests without further obligation

·         Restrict, hold, refuse, or cancel future orders

·         Cancel undispatched COD orders without prior notice

·         Restrict COD eligibility for future purchases

 

Misconduct in Prepaid / Partial COD Orders

For severe misconduct, fraud, operational misuse, abuse, chargeback misuse, or intentional policy manipulation:

Refund eligibility (if applicable) shall remain subject to internal review and the sole discretion of Shree Beauty, after deduction of logistics, payment gateway, operational, or service charges (if incurred).


16. Important Notes

·         Shipping timelines are estimated and may vary.

·         COD availability depends on courier serviceability and internal risk assessment.

·         Orders once dispatched cannot be cancelled.

·         Final decisions regarding shipping, COD eligibility, cancellation, refunds, order approval, disputes, customer conduct, or operational matters shall remain at the sole discretion of Shree Beauty.
